The largest genus of the bromeliad family, there are more than 500 different species of Tillandsias, which come in all shapes, sizes and colors. These unique plants are mostly epiphytic, which means they grow attached to other plants. They’re also called “air plants” because they absorb moisture and nutrients from the air. Kent’s grows a particularly elegant Tillandsia known as the “Pink Quill,” which makes a statement with its feather-like features in brilliant fuschia.
